SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

  • Only Batch orders are available for shipping.

  • Shipping is guaranteed to valid U.S. addresses.

  • Currently, only domestic shipping is available.

  • All orders received by 4pm Eastern Standard time will be processed by the next business day.

  • All orders are shipped Monday - Friday and include deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Delivery time cannot be guaranteed for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Rerouting a delivery due to an incorrect address will incur a $15 charge.

 

HOW IT IS SHIPPED

We pack our frozen products in a decorative box within a shipping box with enough cooling packs to keep the contents fresh while in transit.  If our frozen cookie dough is shipped to you, It is best to open the package immediately upon arrival and to put it in the freezer.  

 

NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Delivery drivers are authorized to leave all packages at the destination without signature which will ensure that your product will not melt due to multiple delivery attempts.

 

TRACKING

When the shipping label is generated you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please make sure that your shipping information is entered correctly to ensure you receive order confirmations.

 

ADDRESS

To guarantee delivery, please confirm the accuracy of the address provided.  We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We are here to help you. The Chocolate Dandies cannot be responsible for damage or loss of gifts due to unavailable recipient or incorrect address information, or theft.  Once shipped, we are not able to change the address or cancel an order.  However, you can always contact us through our website.  Questions are generally answered during our business hours of 10:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
