SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

Our products ship Monday through Friday but our frozen shipments can’t be in transit over the weekend so we are not able to deliver your package on a Sunday, Monday or a national holiday. We cannot ship outside of the United States.

 

HOW IT IS SHIPPED

We pack our frozen products in a decorative box within a shipping box with enough dry ice or cooling packs to keep the contents fresh while in transit.  If our frozen cookie dough is shipped to you, It is best to open the package immediately upon arrival and to put it in the freezer.  Please always use gloves when handling dry ice.  

 

NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Delivery drivers are authorized to leave all packages at the destination without signature which will ensure that your product will not melt due to multiple delivery attempts.

 

TRACKING

When the shipping label is generated you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please make sure that your shipping information is entered correctly to ensure you receive order confirmations.


SHIPPING

Once processed, your package will arrive in 5 – 10 business days. Using Priority shipping, your package will arrive Tuesday through Saturday.  

 

ADDRESS

To guarantee delivery, please confirm the accuracy of the address provided.  We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.

We are here to help you.  The Chocolate Dandies cannot be responsible for damage or loss of gifts due to unavailable recipient or incorrect address information, or theft.  Once shipped, we are not able to change the address or cancel an order.  However, you can always contact us through our website.  Questions are generally answered during our business hours of 10:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
